Jammer also interferes with the frequencies of the police and emergency services. Therefore, equipment cannot be tested or demonstrated in public within the meaning of the law, only in modified conference rooms where unwanted radio spectrum does not leak outside the designated room. 

As it is a base station, it is not equipped with internal batteries and is designed to be powered from the supplied 230V/50Hz mains source.
