How to shop

This shop is a modern ordering system that allows its customers a comfortable, convenient and efficient purchase directly from the computer screen, and we would like to explain to you how the goods are ordered from us.

It's not complicated, and in many ways the whole operation is like shopping in a normal business.

Is registration mandatory?

Yes, registration is required. Anonymously, you can move freely around the entire online shopping system and view the products offered. But the purchase is allowed only to registered customers. Registration in our system is of course free. All customers also need to go through an ordering process in which they enter the necessary data that is important for the execution of the order.

How to register?

Click on the "My Account" link in the top menu. In the "New customer" box, press the "CONTINUE" button. After filling in all mandatory data, press the "CONTINUE" button. If you have filled in everything correctly, you will have a user account created in our database with your name and login password. Whenever you want to shop in our store later, all you have to do is log in. Then you no longer have to fill in your personal data whenever you want to send your order. If you want to delete your user account, let us know and we'll take care of it.

Personal data entered into our database in this way can be changed or deleted at any time. Just choose the link to change the data on the "My Account" page. You can also unsubscribe at any time (unsubscribe link).

Probably the most important is the link overview of your orders. Here you can see which orders you have made in our store, or you can have a detailed list of the goods you have ordered in this way. But what more. You also have an overview of what is happening with your order (it has been processed, unpaid, etc.).

You also have the option of entering an address other than yours in case you need us to deliver the goods to an address other than your business. You can find all this in the "Address Book" section by clicking on the "My Account" page.

If you are already registered and want to log in to our purchasing system, click on "My Account", write your email, select the second option under the name "I am already a registered customer" and enter the password you chose during registration in the next field.

If you forget your login password, our e-shop will send it to you by e-mail. Select the "forgot password" link on the login page. Enter the email address you provided when creating your account here. If our store finds this address in its database, it will send you all the necessary information with a new password to our purchasing system.

Category selection - everything you need

Note that there is always a list of categories or subcategories on the left side of each page of our store. Here you will always find what you need right away. Through the mentioned list, you can get to any part of our catalog and quickly and without unnecessary additional clicks. We don't want to burden you with unnecessary things, so we tried to make shopping as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Each category, in addition to containing some goods, can also have its own subcategory. These subcategories also contain different types of goods.

Whenever you click on a category or subcategory name, the store will immediately offer you an overview of the goods that are included in this category. If the goods overview is longer and does not fit on one page, it will be automatically divided into several pages. Just click on the page number you want at the top or bottom of the report, and our system will offer you that page right away.

Product overview

If you click on a category name, or on a manufacturer's link, or you search for an item that interests you (see below), your browser will offer you an overview of the goods. Each item in this report contains not only the name of the product, but also its code. In addition, you can immediately add this product to your electronic cart (see cart). Alternatively, if it is already inserted in the basket, it is of course possible to select it. If you click on the product name, the browser will offer you the product page. In addition to the name and code, this page also contains a very detailed description of the product, including its image. From this page you can also add goods to the cart with the option to select the number of pieces.

Search

We believe that you will very often look for the goods you would like to buy in our store. We have prepared an opportunity for you to search our catalog very easily and conveniently. On the left you will find the search box at the top right. All you have to do is enter the name of the product you are looking for, or part of it. After you press the Enter key, our database will be searched and the browser will offer you an overview of the goods that meet the condition you entered.
