Installation and setup:
a) Installation
- The light is mounted horizontally. Do not install the fascia at an angle, flip or vertically.
- When installing, make sure that the mounting plane of the light is strong enough.
- When installing, do not aim the photo probe at a nearby light source and it is not blocked by surrounding objects.
b) Installation drawing
Common installation methods for this product are two kinds of vertical installation methods and side vertical installation methods (see the figure below).
For steel structures, perimeter walls, fans, etc. It is necessary to design the support brackets according to the specific structure of the installation position.
Wiring:
Distinguish 1） The connector distinguishes: The obstruction light has a 4-core cable in which the brown and black lines are the power lines (AC220V or AC110V), the brown is the live line (L), the black is the Null Line (N), the blue is the Signal Line ( X) and yellow green is the Earth line (E).
（2） Winding instructions:
a. When connecting one light unit, only the brown live line (L), the black zero line (N) and the yellow-green ground line (E) need be connected. The blue synchronized signal does not need to be connected.
b. When connecting more than one unit light, all lines must be connected so that the lights can flash in sync.
Maintenance:
The shade needs to be cleaned every six months or one anniversary. Cleaning requires a soft cleaning tool. Cannot be used on a solid cleaning tool
Avoid scratching the bulb cover (plastic material).
Packing / storage:
- The lamps are packed in one package and the outer packaging is made of a 5-layer corrugated paper box with a thickness of more than 5 mm, which is protected by anti-collision, impact-resistant and pressure-resistant pearl cotton.
- Each package contains instructions for use, product certification and a factory inspection report.
- The packaged light should be stored in an environment where there are no changes in ventilation, drying and temperature differences.
Warning:
- All connections must be correct, otherwise it will damage the lights, please check the mark and instructions.
- The obstruction light must be installed under the lightning conductor or lightning protection zone in the event of lightning strikes.
- It is normal for the temperature to rise during operation.
- Do not open any part of the lights during operation.
