The radar motion sensor operates on a different principle from the normal PIR sensor. This sensor is equipped with a very sensitive and reliable sensor that works on the principle of transmitting high frequency radiomagnetic (radar) waves. If the field is disturbed by movement, the sensor will start the light. The sensor also works through doors, windows or thin walls. For the sensor it is possible to control the range (2 - 8m), time, twilight settings or whether it turns off before opening the door or only after opening it.
