The set includes a UV emitter with a timer from radiation diagnostics, a module for inserting photosensitive material from a stamp design for irradiation and consumables for the production of a rubber stamp (stamp text area).
This is a complete kit for making any stamp.
The supplied material for making a stamp with fine details enables a quick exposure with fine details for your designed graphics.
The absorbent material in the device's accessories absorbs any ink very well for simple paper marking.
HOW TO MAKE A STAMP?
It is enough to print the pattern of the stamp on a transparent film, attach it to the photosensitive material, which you insert into the template of the machine, and in a few minutes you have a stamp in the comfort of your home. You apply paint and stamp.
If you need additional photosensitive material and translucent film, order additional consumables UV photosensitive material mix Flash 24/576UV.
Make your own private or company stamp quickly and comfortably in the comfort of your own home.
The machine is equipped with a temperature control system, when a critical temperature is reached, it automatically goes into a rest state, which protects the photosensitive tube and electronic components from damage and extends the life of the machine.
Automatic exposure effectively prevents overload. Of course, the device is also available to control the exposure performance. The available exposure voltage memory is 1000uf 450V, this is a super high performance for fast production of the stamper.

The material of the flash foam pad is a kind of microcellular foam material.
The size of the micropores is only 3 microns to 100 microns.
The micropore structure is open, and the opening rate is 70~99%.
A simple Flash foam pad has the following advantages:
• small pores,
• high accuracy,
• good resistance,
• easy deformation,
• rapid infiltration of oil, etc.
The manufactured products have:
- good sealing effect of color absorption,
- full exposure,
- uniform ink production,
- clean impression,
- oil-paint usage time up to 10,000 times,
- the pressure seal is not easily deformed,
- can match all flash oils
- and flash seals on the market.
So it perfectly absorbs the stamp color and the stamp, after printing, exactly copies your original design or a copy of the stamp.
The photosensitive material enables quick exposure and efficient ink absorption.
The exposed surface has a bright, shiny appearance and is highly elastic.
Its strong ink absorption capabilities produce clear and accurate printing.
The smooth surface provides a comfortable grip and trouble-free printing.
NOTICE:
The sealing pads are sensitive to light, so do not expose it to sunlight.
This photosensitive material is suitable for a wide range of stamp making applications.
The material is highly sensitive to light and exhibits excellent exposure times, making them an ideal choice for those who require fast and efficient performance. Of course, they absorb ink very well.
HOW TO MAKE A STAMP?
1. Design or just copy an already created stamp in electronic form for subsequent printing.
2. Then print the design on a transparent film on a laser printer.
3. According to the size of the stamp pattern, cut off the excess foil, i.e. adapt the appropriate size.
4. Then assemble in order:
translucent film with the stamp pattern facing up ink,
insulating film,
stamp pad.
So three layers:
a. translucent foil with a parchment pattern on top, print face down,
b. the middle layer is an insulating film,
c. the third layer is a stamp pad,
d. clip the storage box into place
e. and put in the machine.
5. Turn on the power, the machine will start charging when the voltage reaches 800V.
Turn off the power, press the start button, complete the exposure.
6. Remove the clamp and then remove the photosensitive pad.
7. Insert the pad into the stamp holder, inject ink, the stamp is ready.
SUMMARY:
1.Print the image you want to use to create the photopolymer plate onto transparency film using an inkjet printer, but we recommend using a laser printer. Using metal scissors, cut a piece of photopolymer plate 1/4 inch wider and taller than the pattern on the transparency film. Cut the transparent film to the same size as the plate (drawer) itself, which is inserted into the UV machine.
2. Cut two pieces of clear acrylic the same size as the plate (drawer) using metal scissors. Remove the protective film from the surface of the plate that will be exposed. Place the plate on top of one piece of acrylic. Place the transparent film on the surface of the photopolymer plate with the ink side down. Place the second piece of acrylic on top of the clear film.
3. Place clamps on each of the four sides of the acrylic, board, and transparency film to hold them together. Place the entire assembly under an ultraviolet lamp. Set the timer for 1 minute.
4. Turn on the lamp and activate the timer. When the timer reaches the set time, turn off the UV lamp. Remove the exposed board and remove the clamps from it.
5. Rinse the exposed material with clear water, or use a soft brush to remove the soft, unexposed photopolymer from the surface of the plate.
6. Dry the exposed material using a hair dryer at a low temperature at a distance of at least 50 cm.
Subsequently, it is still possible to harden the photosensitive material. So set the timer for 1 minute and place the dry plate (you exposed material) under the UV lamp for final curing. Turn off the lamp and remove the plate (drawer). The exposed material contains a rubber stamp stamp and in its final form can be used for applying paint. Before applying the paint, it is recommended to place the exposed material - the stamp's rubber stamp on the pad, which you stick to a piece of wood for easy grip - applying the paint, where you can apply the paint manually through the pad for non-self-inking stamps. Or stick the rubber stick of the stamp on the self-dipping stamp system, where the color is applied automatically.
