Main functions
2.1 Counting mode
When switched on, the device is in this counting mode, counting all banknotes inserted into the feeder.
2.2 Presetting dosing functions
Counts banknotes up to the dose level preset with the "Batch" and "" or "-" buttons. In the dosing mode, the device restarts after removing the banknotes from the stacker. The machine batches all the inserted banknotes up to the amount of the selected number.
2.3 ADD functions - loading
Calculates all banknotes placed in the feeder and loads up to 9999 into the total. Removing the banknote from the stacker does not reset the counter (the amount is shown on the display).
2.4 MG and/or UV buttons (only for Models AB-1100UV and AB-1100MG/UV)
Counts banknotes and detects counterfeits using different methods. AB-1100UV uses detection using ultraviolet light (UV), AB-1100MG/UV then uses both the magnetic and UV detection method.
2.5 Automatic start
The device starts counting automatically every time the banknotes are put into the feeder.
2.6 Emergency stop function
The device will automatically stop if there is an abnormal increase in resistance of the friction cylinders. In addition, if you press the red octagonal button in the upper left part, all activities of the device will be interrupted.
Additional display
The AB-1100 series is equipped with an additional number of displays. This accessory serves the user to better visualize the number of banknotes if the device is located out of view range. Dual detection functions MG / UV (only for model AB-1100 MG / UV)
The AB-1100MG/UV contains both a magnetic and ultraviolet detection system. These functions are preset and activated automatically when the device starts. The possibility of capturing a counterfeit is multiplied if both MG and UV are running. You can have both MG and UV enabled at the same time.
