With two discrete dual-band (2.4/5 GHz) Atheros 2:2 MIMO radios, the WiFi Pineapple Tetra leverages a fast PCI Express bus and four integrated high gain amplifiers to provide the penetration tester with unprecedented auditing capabilities.

Combined with the usability improvements of the 6th generation software platform, the WiFi Pineapple Tetra is the ultimate tool for wireless penetration testing.

The transmitting frequency can be changed in the range 87-112,5 Mhz from the step 100 khz the transmitting frequency is visible on the display. The transmitter contains a ppl unit, so a stable transmitting frequency is ensured. The transmitter power is rechargeable in 20 milli watts or 1 watt, even in mono or stereo mode by pinching F.

The range of the transmitter at 20mW with an internal antenna is about 150 meters, with an antenna on the roof is approximately 1km provided that we choose a frequencie clean, where no one transmits any radio at least 150khz on each side.
